Earlier in the week we discussed the importance of make up brushes particularly focusing on those which you can use on your face and today we are concluding the piece with the four eye make up brushes you need to buy right now. For the longest time we have used the little sponge applicators which come with an assortment of eye shadow products, but what if we could tell you that there is a better way? Grab yourself some of these simple and basic eye shadow brushes and you can be well on your way to creating striking or softening eye make up looks that your used to only dream about. As per the title of this piece, these are the four eye make up brushes you need to go out and buy right now!
Fluff brush:
The so called “Fluff brush” is a great brush for applying eyeshadow onto your eyelid. There are many versions and sizes of this brush and always ensures simple but precise application. Applying with an eye shadow brush, combined with a great eye shadow primer, will help you to get the most amount of product and the best pay off.
Blending brush:
When creating striking eye looks the best thing you can do is play around the multiple color and highlight and shadow parts of your eyelids. For the corners of your eyelids add darker colors, either a darker shade of the rest of your lid or shades of brown. Use your blending brush, which by nature will be small but fairly fluffy, to blend this darker color into your lids. Your blending brush will work excellently for shading and blending and works brilliant on both powder and cream products.
Eyeliner brush:
If you are a bit more adventurous than using liquid liner pen or applicators then the eye liner brush might be for you. Liquid, gel or cream liners can be applied with an eyeliner brush, usually a narrow, angled brush which is brilliant for narrow and precise lines.
Brow & lash brush:
Last and by no means least we have the brow and lash brush which is solely used for your brow and lash area and works when you want to smooth or neaten both your brows and lashes. If you like to either use a pencil or powder to fill in your lashes then this is the perfect brush for the before prep.
