On Saturday, Hailey Bieber showed off her maternity style while on a date with husband Justin Bieber in New York City. The model was wearing a sheer bodysuit made of nude fabric and black lace that clung to her every curve, featuring a ruffle along the collar. She wore the look with an oversized leather jacket and accessorized with black oval sunglasses, a small black handbag, and a pair of suede slingbacks.
Justin was wearing a long-sleeve brown sweater over a gray T-shirt, large white shorts, black Mary Janes over white socks, and a brown velvet baseball cap.
Hailey’s looks is very reminiscent of a bodysuit worn by friend Kylie Jenner in 2021 when she was pregnant with her son Aire, a look created by LaQuan Smith.
The Rhode founder revealed she Justin are expecting last month, posting videos and photos of their vow renewal in Hawaii that showed off her baby bump. Throughout the high profile couple’s marriage, Hailey has frequently been the subject of pregnancy rumors. In an interview with GQ in 2023, she shared her aggravation with the pattern.
“Recently, everybody was like, ‘Oh, my God, she’s pregnant,’ and that’s happened to me multiple times before,” Hailey said. “There is something that’s disheartening about, Damn, I can’t be bloated one time and not be pregnant? It would be a lie if I was like, ‘Oh, yeah, I don’t give a shit.’”
She added, “When there comes a day that that is true, you, as in the internet, will be the last to know.”
But she did say that motherhood is something she “looks forward to.”
“It’s also such a private, intimate thing,” she continued. “It’s something that’s going to come when it comes. And it’s just, honestly, at the end of the day, so hilarious how much people fucking care. Let me do what I want to do with my body, and you guys can do what you want to do with your body—and let’s just let it be that.”
