Selena Gomez is at work in Europe this week, and she made a subtle but major hair change while out in London today. The singer was photographed with thin blunt bags. They look great on her, although it’s unclear whether they’re just clip-in bangs for the day or a permanent cut. She has also already worn two outfits—a zebra coat and Canadian tuxedo—and it’s not even 1 p.m. in England. Another mini fashion marathon may be unfolding:
Gomez has dabbled with bangs before. She last had them in February 2018. They were more side swept then:
Gomez has also toyed with her hair length these past couple moths. When she first started promoting her upcoming album, tentatively named SG2, she had long hair, courtesy of extensions. Here she is in New York City in October with them:
Then she went back to short hair at the AMAs last month:
Her hair now is mid-length.
Gomez’s big promotional tour for her album will really kick into high-gear this January. Her album is due out on January 10. Gomez has not released its official title or track list yet.
Gomez talked in October about what to expect from the rest of her album after the release of her singles “Lose You to Love Me” and “Look at Her Now.” There’s no more Justin Bieber breakup tunes ahead, she hinted.
“These two songs were me wrapping up a chapter in a pretty little bow,” she told Ryan Seacrest. “And the rest of the album is just all about where I am now and where I’m going so in my opinion, these are great songs, but I’ve saved the best for later.”
